What’s more, it is well-built to hold up to 1500 lbs maximum weight capacity
Includes fully adjustable J-Hooks, and a multi-grip pull up bar along with bolts and instructions to bolt rack into the ground or floor
It has soft plastic coated J-hooks to protect your barbell from scratches
47 vertical holes and “westside” spacing on the bottom half of each upright pole allowing for the perfect fit for any bench press
A fully adjustable J-hook enables you to perform any exercise
There are bolts included to help you secure the rack to the ground
